1. The service
SocialPro provides AI-assisted content creation, scheduling, publishing, approvals and analytics for social media (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 16 and authorised to connect any social account you connect.
3. Your content
- You own your content. Everything you upload and everything the AI generates for you belongs to you.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and publish it on your instruction, and nothing more.
- Your content is never used to train AI models.
- You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for what you publish.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to publish unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content; to spam; to violate any platform’s terms; or to attempt to breach our security. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice where lawful.
5. Billing
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Trials convert only if you add payment details and don’t cancel.
- Cancel anytime in settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. No cancellation penalties.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Founding-member lifetime discounts survive price changes.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on APIs owned by TikTok, Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Their availability, rules and rate limits are outside our control; where a platform blocks or delays publishing we will tell you rather than fail silently.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong; review before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
