Your rights
- Access & portability: export your account data and content as JSON from settings, or by request.
- Rectification: correct your data in settings at any time.
- Erasure: delete your account in settings; personal data is hard-deleted within 30 days.
- Restriction & objection: email us to restrict or object to specific processing.
- Withdraw consent: one click in any marketing email, or in cookie settings.
- Complain: to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority. We’d appreciate the chance to fix it first.
We respond to all requests within 30 days, usually much faster. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
International transfers
Primary storage is in the EU/UK. Where a sub-processor processes data outside the EU/UK (e.g. AI providers in the US), transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and provider data-processing agreements. AI providers process content transiently to deliver the feature and do not train on it.

We notify account owners by email at least 14 days before adding a sub-processor.
