1. Who we are
Title Productions Ltd (t/a SocialPro) (“SocialPro”, “we”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 11604984, registered office: 7 Canon Court, Institute Street, Bolton BL1 1PZ). We are the data controller for personal data processed through wearesocialpro.com. Contact: info@wearesocialpro.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, workspace name, plan and billing status.
- Content you upload: videos, images, text, captions and drafts you create in the product.
- Social account tokens: OAuth tokens for the platforms you connect, stored encrypted. We never see your platform passwords.
- Usage data: feature usage, device and browser type, approximate location (country level), used to improve the product.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: generate captions, schedule posts, publish to your connected accounts, produce analytics.
- To process your content through AI services (transcription and caption generation). Your content is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
- To send transactional email (approvals, alerts, billing) and, with consent, product updates.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
4. Who we share it with
Only sub-processors needed to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database and storage, AI processing (OpenAI Whisper, Anthropic Claude), publishing infrastructure, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and error monitoring. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list is on our GDPR page. We do not sell personal data. Ever.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is hard-deleted within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. billing records). Uploaded media you delete is removed from active storage immediately and from backups within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@socialpro.app. Full details of your GDPR rights are on the GDPR page.
